The first year after childbirth is a profound season of transformation—physically, mentally, and emotionally. While it is filled with joy, it also brings significant changes that can feel overwhelming.
Parenting: Year One is a specialized online program designed to provide a safe haven for mothers to explore these changes. Facilitated by Hala Zaky, this workshop focuses on building emotional resilience and self-compassion, helping you navigate your new identity with confidence and grace.
In this two-part interactive workshop, we dive into the core emotional aspects of the first year:
Building Self-Compassion: Learning to be kind to yourself through the ups and downs of new motherhood.
Navigating Identity Changes: Understanding and embracing the "new you."
Practical Guidance: Tools to manage stress and foster emotional well-being.
Community Connection: Sharing reflections and experiences with a supportive group of peers.
